Ingredients: Each bottle contains 60 vegan capsules containing 250 mg Shilajit (2.5% Fulvic acid).

Directions: For adults, recommended use is 1 capsule two times per day, preferably after a meal. For best results, take with milk.

Great for Thyroid

I have low functioning thyroid from many years. Synthroid didn’t seemed to help me. After consultation with one naturopathic doctor I started taking Shilajit one capsules three times a day along with one drop of 10% iodine. It has helped me enormously and now I take much lower dose of Synthroid. I thought of sharing this and hoping this information may help some one.
